Limited Edition Western Capsule

At Ethika, we were looking to jump into the cowboy trend and have fun while doing it. With my expertise and knowledge of cowboy culture already, I happily lead the project to its sold out status.
Timeline
Ideation to products in the span of 3 weeks in December, then launch in the spring of 2023
Background
Based in San Clemente, California, Ethika leads the way in creative apparel for men, women and kids. Ideas are ever flowing through the team and the attitude of "Make a name for yourself" holds strong.
This category details the step-by-step approach taken during the project, including research, planning, design, development, testing, and optimization phases.
Research & Planning
Conducted market research to identify existing apparel geared towards western wear and cowboy culture. Defined target audience and determined key products based on user needs and market trends.
Design & Prototyping
Collaborated with production once designs were created to ensure top quality. Iteratively refined designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Implementation
Built out campaign focusing on the cowboy lifestyle that was introduced digitally and in store at select locations. Created original packaging that went with products and become standard practice for future projects.
To best get out foot in the door of the western trend we had to go all out and put our Ethika twist on it, creating graphics and stories that were visually wild and our own.
Product Line
5 New underwear pieces for both Mens and Kids, 3 new womens sets, 3 shirts and an exclusive button up.
Here, the outcomes and achievements of the project are highlighted.
Sales Results
4 out of 5 mens pairs sold out instantly, all 5 selling out eventually a few days later.
Future Projects
Highlighted Ethika's ability to adapt away from streetwear and Hip-Hop and led to collaboration with Dustin Lynch.
