How do you handle revisions?
Revisions are an important part of the design process. I offer a set number of revisions as part of each project, depending on the scope and complexity. Additional revisions can be accommodated based on our agreement. I always strive to ensure my clients are completely satisfied with the final result.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms vary depending on the project. Typically, I require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For larger projects, we can set up a milestone-based payment plan. All details will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Can you work on tight deadlines?
I understand that some projects may have tight deadlines, and I am equipped to handle urgent requests. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your timeline, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, I offer ongoing support and maintenance services after project completion. This can include updates, troubleshooting, and additional design work as needed. We can discuss the details of a support plan that fits your needs.
